Responsibilities include:

  • Data analysis for QA-MIS audits, to include data analysis, reporting,
  • ACES and Webstats application support
  • Providing ongoing technical leadership and business interface within the customer focused QA MIS Team
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with QA unit managers and technical leadership on the ACES platform and all ancillary systems and solutions maintained in the QA MIS Inventory
  • Development and configuration of ACES and Webstats application configurable items
  • Business Administration and support of applications in QA's application suite, i.e. Automated Compliance and Evaluation System (ACES)
  • Execution of production-oriented support for QA Applications, and related communications with QA Units, Lines of Business, IT counterparts, and internal management through daily exchanges via
  • regularly scheduled population pulls, status meetings, standard reports, Adhoc reports, monthly change requests.
  • Liaison with CCB technology organizations and IT leadership as an advocate for QA MIS and Controls QA technology needs, to understand and communicate IT initiatives impacting QA business areas, and
  • ensure delivery against QA technology related requirements
  • Maintain team level knowledge of and adherence to QA MIS related policy, procedures, guidance, and governance
  • Lead and Manage internal projects

Qualifications include:
  • Education - Preferably a college degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • Communication Skills - Strong, independent business writing with a capacity for drawing out critical information; articulates good ideas and key information in a clear, concise manner; proactively maintains customer focused communication with customer base.
  • Decision Making Skills - Uses sound judgment in routine decision making based on rapid analysis of mixture of inputs from internal/external sources; drives quality and efficiency in decision making process, applying daily learning to decision making process.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Resolves issues, using solid conflict resolution techniques; proactively seeks information from knowledgeable sources to maneuver through roadblocks effectively. Self-Starter and the ability to work independently
  • Program, Project, and Process Management Skills - Experience with functional requirements specifications, project management, and resource planning; develops new technical processes and implements continuous improvements. (preferred)
  • Information Technology Skills - Experience in information technology; proficiency in data administration, Business Objects Reporting and Environment Support, and application configuration support across all aspects of the IT lifecycle (preferred); must have intermediate Excel skills and the ability to use Alteryx.
