The selected candidate will work
directly with the company's management
and coordinate with teams across multiple states to ensure smooth and timely execution of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
tender documentation, submissions, follow-ups
, and all related correspondence with government departments.
Handle
bill submissions and clearances
with various civil supplies corporations and government offices.
Maintain organized records of
tenders, bills, payments, and communications
.
Visit relevant offices for
file movement, document verification, or bill follow-up
when necessary.
Draft and send
emails, letters, and official correspondence
on behalf of management.
Coordinate with
vendors, internal departments, and external agencies
for timely updates and reporting.
Support management with
travel planning, scheduling, and task follow-ups
.
Ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed
accurately, professionally, and within deadlines
.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate
in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent preferred).
3 years of experience
in tender management, government liaison, or business coordination.
Excellent
communication and drafting skills
(English & Hindi).
No freshers allowed
Strong knowledge of
MS Office, Excel, PDF tools, and digital documentation
.
Ability to
work independently
, think ahead, and take ownership of tasks.
Willingness to
travel occasionally
for coordination and follow-ups.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
