Job Description

We are looking for a

smart, proactive, and responsible individual

who can independently handle tender-related work, government office coordination, bill collection and clearance, and overall administrative support.
The ideal candidate will work directly with management to ensure smooth business operations across different states.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

tender-related processes

: documentation, submission, follow-ups, and correspondence with government departments. Manage

bill submission and clearing

from various government offices. Prepare and maintain

files, documents, invoices, and correspondence

neatly and accurately. Visit government offices or departments for file movement, bill follow-up, or documentation when required. Draft and send

emails, letters, and official communications

on behalf of management. Coordinate with vendors, departments, and internal teams for updates and reports. Maintain proper records of tenders, bills, payments, and correspondence. Provide

administrative and operational support

to management to simplify day-to-day tasks. Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, and follow-up on pending tasks. Ensure all work is done with high accuracy, professionalism, and within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Com / BBA / BA / equivalent).

2-5 years of experience

in tenders, liaison, administration, or business coordination. Excellent communication (English & Hindi), drafting, and email skills. Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, PDF handling, scanning, etc.). Smart personality -- able to think ahead, understand instructions quickly, and work independently. Willingness to travel occasionally for office visits and coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per month
