We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. This role involves modifying and maintaining application programs, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improving business processes through Salesforce


Essential Functions

Perform ongoing Salesforce administration: user setup, permission sets, page layouts, fields, reports, dashboards, etc. Configure Salesforce.com features including workflows and automated approvals. Act as a subject matter expert and consultant for less experienced Salesforce technical resources. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. Lead and coordinate the development of software applications with advanced technical and business knowledge. Define requirements and design specifications for custom applications and systems. Perform full-cycle programming tasks including design, coding, debugging, and documentation. Maintain and enhance existing programs, identifying and resolving errors. Implement root cause fixes for system and application issues. Promote engineering quality through source control, code reviews, CI/CD, and unit testing. Provide input on development best practices and standards. Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming.
Preferred Skills

Salesforce Developer training. Experience with data migration tools, especially Informatica. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or commercial sales organizations.
Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and quick learner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
