About the team

This role is a part of our project \xe2\x80\x93 CIO team

What you will be doing

• Raise change requests, Coordinate with stake holders for Change planning and smooth execution
• Work with other organizational teams to source and retrieve data, identify gaps or issues, make recommendations and collaborate on solutions.
• Develop/implement solutions for repository and tracking of various departmental data and documents, including design/creation of templates to be used by the team.
• Establish repeatable processes/steps to deliver reports on a prescribed schedule and produce ad hoc reporting on command as needed.
• Verify data and calculations, and research discrepancies and issues.
• Analyze data and present findings to team or management.
• Design and produce a variety of reports at varying levels of detail and/or tailoring, including time reporting & utilization; performance, productivity and quality metrics analysis and trending; initiative tracking/status reporting; compilation/summaries of technical details (e,g, health check findings, disaster recovery exercise results). Answer questions on data sources, filters and calculations used.

What you bring

• Good experience in Infrastructure Domain for at least 4 years
• Experience with the following tools:

• Power BI
• ServiceNow
• Microsoft Project
• Visio
• Excel and Power point
• Experience with IT Groups, leading department projects, especially in implementing new tools and reporting processes.
• Hands on experience in Change Management, ITIL

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of FIS\xe2\x80\x99 products and services.
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
