Business System Analyst+ AI - 5+ Years - Pune / Bangalore / Chennai/Coimbatore

We are hiring for an exciting Business System Analyst (BSA - Data, Cloud & AI) role with one of our leading IT clients. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about data analytics, cloud technologies, and AI-driven business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Perform data mapping and create source-to-target mappings (STTM) across multiple data layers.
• Work extensively on Azure, Databricks, PySpark/Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Conduct data profiling, validation, and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Support the full SDLC under Agile methodology-planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate requirements into test cases and assist during UAT/system testing.
• Leverage Databricks and AI tools to enhance data analytics workflows and insights.

Requirements
Strong in Data Warehousing, ETL, SQL, and Spark SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, and AI-based analytics solutions.
Proficient in PySpark, SQL Server, and data reporting.
Knowledge of SSIS packages, stored procedures, and large relational data marts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
