Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.
- Good Knowledge in ISO message formats.
- Good Knowledge in API calls, Request and Response.
- Good Knowledge in XML scripting, webservices like SOAP & JSON.
- Good Knowledge in Databse like MySQL and MSSQL.
- Good communication and articulation skills.
- Should have experience in customer facing role
