Key Responsibilities:
1) Prepare accurate and timely Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Notes.
2) Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order processing.
3) Send follow-up emails and conduct calls regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
4) Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure timely responses and closure of pending items.
5) Follow up on internal task completion including attendance, leave approvals, and reimbursement submissions.

3) Fluency in English (written and verbal).
4) Draft professional emails, documents, and reports when required.
