Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Business Support Officer to assist across multiple business functions, including digital marketing, finance, and basic IT coordination. This role supports day-to-day operations, contributes to marketing activities, assists with financial documentation, and participates in system checks to ensure a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working with different teams to enhance overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



A. Digital Marketing Support



Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities across social media, email, SEO, and online advertising. Manage and update the company's social media channels to maintain consistent communication and engagement. Track and monitor the performance of marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights. Prepare routine performance reports and highlight trends or improvement opportunities. Coordinate content creation and ensure all posts align with brand guidelines. Support the setup and monitoring of online advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads.

B. Finance Support



Assist with day-to-day administrative finance tasks, including data entry, invoice handling, and maintaining records. Help organize and update financial reports to support internal processes. Work with the finance team to prepare basic performance summaries and assist in budgeting or forecasting tasks.

C. IT & System Support (User Perspective)



Participate in testing of internal systems and applications to ensure smooth user experience. Report and document issues, observations, or improvement suggestions during testing. Coordinate with the IT team to help resolve basic technical concerns and improve usability.

D. Cross-Functional Coordination



Work with teams such as Marketing, Finance, IT, and Customer Service to support overall business operations. Assist in streamlining internal workflows and improving process efficiency. Share feedback or recurring issues observed through customer interactions to help improve systems or marketing communication. Ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related fields. 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, finance, commerce, or IT support. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools). Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, reporting, and budgeting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
