Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas: . Setup/Termination/Transfer/Resignation & mapping of employees for pan India . Sending Business MIS to Axis Myrtle Team . Supporting Training team and coordinating with DSDO team and Operations team . Supporting Project Management Team with data as per the request . Supporting Myrtle MLI team, helping with data and resolving business related queries . Assisting core team in making reports like Business Plan, MP2 and monthly commitment etc. . Managing travel & logistics for CVP and Core team . Publishing Various business MIS & dashboards for Highlighting Business Branch, Cluster, Circle Zone Level on daily Basis for Axis Desired qualifications and experience: . Graduation or equivalent. . Proven experience in MIS roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector . Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint
