, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients/students over the phone, introducing our services, and ensuring smooth communication that drives conversions. You will play a key role in building initial connections and supporting the admissions/sales process.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students.
Explain our programs/services clearly and persuasively.
Address queries, share relevant information, and guide callers through the process.
Follow up with interested leads to ensure maximum conversions.
Maintain accurate call records and daily reports.
Work closely with the admissions/consulting team for seamless handover of converted leads.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/Malayalam preferred).
Good persuasion and conversion ability.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call logs.
