Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications efficiently.
Draft and manage professional correspondence with clients and team members.
Create and edit content related to finance, accounting, audit, and firm updates.
Manage and Update the firm's social media presence and professional networking pages.
Prepare invoices and maintain records of client billing and payments.
Follow up on client fees and ensure timely collections.
Assist in recruitment - posting vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting first-level interviews.
Handle basic administrative and office management tasks.
Support partners and managers with documentation, data collation, and coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong coordination and communication abilities (written and verbal).
Analytical thinking and reasoning from an administrative and business perspective.
Good understanding of accounting and financial terminology.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Social media management experience is an added advantage.
Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
