Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Business Support Executive to assist in various business functions, including digital marketing, finance, and IT. This role is integral to ensuring smooth business operations, optimizing marketing efforts, supporting finance processes, and conducting system testing from a customer perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to improve business performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Manage and maintain company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers. Monitor and track the performance of campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Generate regular reports to analyze marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement. Coordinate content creation for social media, ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines and customer expectations. Help manage online advertising efforts, including Google Ads and social media ads, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Provide support to the finance department by assisting with routine administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping. Help maintain and organize financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare reports on financial performance and assist in forecasting. Conduct IT system and application testing with a focus on the end-user experience, ensuring that platforms and tools meet customer needs and expectations. Document and report on any issues, bugs, or improvements from a user perspective, helping to optimize systems. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, improving the user experience and functionality of internal tools. Ensure that all customer-facing systems are functioning properly before launching new updates or changes. Provide feedback based on user experience and assist in system optimizations or process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure alignment on business goals and operational processes. Help streamline workflows across departments and assist in improving process efficiency. Maintain and organize internal documentation related to marketing campaigns, finance procedures, and IT testing protocols. Assist with customer service teams by identifying common issues based on customer feedback and suggesting improvements to systems or marketing strategies. Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed on schedule and meet company standards for quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or related field. Proven experience (0-2 years) in digital marketing, finance, commerce or IT . Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software). Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, reporting, and budgeting. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
