Execute operations, sales and administration jobs of the branch.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving visitors coming to the Branch.
Attend to telephone calls & reply to queries.
Explain about the Company, its products & services to visitors.
Keep regular contacts with the clients of the branch through telephone calls, meetings
etc.
New Client Prospecting - Through cold-calling, appointments, reference etc.
Provide Financial advise to clients on different investment options.
Provide investment application forms to clients and assist them in filling.
Update clients on the latest MF Schemes, NFOs, IPOs etc and updates on market trends.
Provide after sales service, follow-up and client retention.
Prepare daily sales report and send to Branch Head.
Make entries in the Back office of business done by the branch.
Support branch promotional activities.
Account opening.
Account keeping - Payin/Payouts, collection of AMC, debtors, branch expenses,
reconciliation.
Maintain all documents and registers required under various labor laws and laws
applicable to the business of the establishment.
Maintain Records related to rent, electricity, water bills, tax etc.
Handle routine administration functions.
Co-ordination with depts in HO & RO.
General
Strive towards achieving individual goals and thereby the branch and organizational
goals.
