Potful Biryani is a fast-growing cloud kitchen and quick service restaurant brand, known for delivering authentic, freshly-cooked biryanis in traditional handi style. With a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding rapidly and looking to strengthen our backend support.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Business Support Executive

with prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will support our operations, coordinate with various departments, and ensure seamless backend execution to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily business operations across kitchens and delivery hubs Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners Monitor order fulfillment, kitchen performance, and resolve bottlenecks Manage MIS reports, inventory data, and basic analysis Liaise with customer support for escalations and resolutions Assist with onboarding and training of new kitchen or support staff Maintain SOPs and ensure operational compliance Handle coordination with tech and marketing teams when required

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field 2-3 years of experience in the hotel, QSR, or food delivery industry Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Understanding of kitchen operations and guest service expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
