Roles and Responsibility
Job Summary

  • In this role you will provide key support to the Client Coverage tech team & staff and act as a focal point for all internal departments. Ensure that day-to-day activity is efficient and processes between departments is seamlessly executed independently.

  • Relevant to the role to meet the ongoing needs of our business.
  • Effectively manage the logistic requirements for all new, existing & exiting staff.
  • Effectively coordinate with internal department (including IT Support and Asset Management team) to help find quick & lasting solutions.
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and trackers to increase efficiency and data quality.
  • Coordinate/track with various internal stakeholder including TA partners/NEW Operations team & hiring managers (offshore & onshore) to monitor and call out delay in hiring process across the unit.
  • Ensure requests are initiated/tracked for closure through various SCB/GBS systems.
  • Ensuring outstanding administrative support is delivered across the unit.
  • Supporting CCIB wide stakeholders for regional/group initiatives.
  • Impart duties of an ADC & Fire Warden.

  • Procurement process (from PR to Invoice payments, Service Now etc)
  • Resource onboarding (AUDI Tool, IT tickets, etc)
  • PMO activities (Clarity updates, Timesheets, Missing timesheets, PSC reports & Financial summaries)
  • aXess Tool
  • MS Office tools, Sharepoint, Confluence etc
