What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Communication & Coordination:
Manage incoming calls and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Conduct follow-ups on missed calls to maintain seamless communication flow.
Provide essential support by answering client calls when primary team members are engaged.
Client Correspondence Management:
Review and ensure the clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of messages and emails sent to clients.
Proactively identify and flag any potential communication delays or missed messages for immediate action.
Client Engagement & Record Keeping:
Send crucial follow-up messages via WhatsApp and email to guide clients through their journey.
Maintain meticulous and organized records of all client interactions.
CRM Data Excellence:
Ensure all data within our client management system (CRM) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve CRM usage and efficiency.
Data Support & Reporting:
Collect and organize operational data to help teams identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare clear and concise summaries of team reports for management review.
