- Proactively contact potential students and parents via outbound calls to introduce Medcity Study Abroad's services. Identify and qualify leads through targeted calling and follow-up communication.
Lead Calls and Conversion
- Make initial calls to potential leads, explain services, qualify their interest, and update the lead database accurately. Coordinate follow-ups, forward qualified leads to the counsellor/sales team, and work towards achieving lead conversion targets.
Database & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Ensure timely updates on lead status to support smooth coordination with the counselling team.
Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, or social media. Build rapport with students and parents to establish trust and maintain long-term engagement.
Collaboration & Support -
Work closely with the counselling and operations team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to admission. Assist in promotional campaigns, webinars, and events to boost lead flow.
Target Achievement
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversions. Maintain a results-driven approach while ensuring quality communication standards.
