The E&E - Business Support Administrator is responsible for delivering operational, administrative, and project support to drive effective vendor management, sales progression, project reviews, and business structure maintenance. This role requires a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on advanced Excel capabilities. Working closely with stakeholders across departments, the administrator ensures that processes run smoothly and reporting remains accurate.
The administrator manages supplier onboarding and maintenance, ensuring that supplier records are up to date and invoices are processed efficiently. In support of sales operations, the role involves tracking opportunities and assisting with the conversion of opportunities into direct projects.
Project review coordination is a key aspect of the position. The administrator schedules formal review sessions with stakeholders, monitors completion and sign-off, and maintains current project status reports. Additional duties include assisting with staff list updates, business structure documentation, and target input within the RBMS system.
Advanced Excel skills are essential for collating and analyzing data from Horizon Reports and dashboards, creating pivot tables, and preparing reports that support business decisions. The administrator also organizes internal and external meetings, prepares and distributes minutes and action lists, and follows up to ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
