Teach

Business Studies

for

Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level

as per CIE curriculum guidelines. Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons using effective teaching strategies. Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments aligned with Cambridge learning objectives. Assess, evaluate, and record student progress through formative and summative assessments. Prepare students for internal and external Cambridge examinations. Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance to students. Integrate real-world business examples, case studies, and current affairs into teaching. Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports as per school timelines. Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, and professional development programs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress. Contribute to school activities, events, and enrichment programs as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate degree in Commerce / Business Studies / Management

(M.Com / MBA or equivalent).

B.Ed. preferred

(mandatory as per school norms). Minimum

2-5 years of teaching experience

in

CIE / IGCSE / AS & A Level

(preferred). Strong understanding of Cambridge assessment objectives and examination patterns. Experience in handling board examination classes will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent subject knowledge and conceptual clarity. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and smart classroom technology. Ability to foster critical thinking, analysis, and independent learning. Commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable Attributes

Cambridge-certified training experience. Exposure to international curriculum teaching methodologies. Student-focused, innovative, and collaborative teaching approach.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
