Role: Business Strategy Intern

Location: Noida, Sector-125

Duration: 2 months (can be extended based on performance)

Stipend: Up to ?20,000 per month

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Business Strategy Intern to support decision-making across operations, marketing, sales, and growth initiatives. The intern will work closely with leadership to research markets, analyse data, identify gaps, and propose actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research, competitor analysis & trend mapping.

2. Analyze brand, sales & performance data to derive insights.

3. Assist in drafting strategy plans for D2C & marketplace.

4. Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

5. Prepare presentations, reports & business models.

6. Support leadership with strategic projects and new initiatives.

Skills Required:

1. 1. Strong analytical ability & problem-solving mindset.

2. Good command of Excel/Sheets and basic data interpretation.

3. Understanding of business models, D2C, FMCG or startups (preferred).

4. Good communication, structured thinking & attention to detail.

5. Ability to work independently and take ownership.
