Business Steering Manager :

Location - Mumbai

JOB PURPOSE:

Steering key Sales processes and decision-making forums viz. periodic Sales Review cycle and S&OP meetings to review and develop integrated plans for business growth. Develop CU and Country Dashboards and analyze the data for conclusive actions to be taken in sales progress corrections for ensuring cluster target achievement.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for steering business review forums for Commercial Units

- Set up meetings with adequate participation for periodic business reviews

- Put up relevant data and dashboards for discussion in review forums. Facilitate objective data backed discussion and decisions

- Create a cadence of deliverables post meetings and follow-up on agreed action points

- Responsible for steering sales inputs into S&OP

- Work with Commercial Units on forecasts and reporting to arrive at demand forecast

- Work with Product & Supply Teams to streamline forecasts and communicate back to Commercial Units

- Create reports and dashboards to represent business for reporting and review

- Articulate business perspective in reports and presentations

- Work on getting together the right data for board presentations and create draft answers for the queries from inventors in right manager

- Make the necessary changes to improve business steering process and suggest on new formats to be followed

- Take out the inferences from the available data of key business parameters and suggest the improvement actions required

Qualifications ;

- Tertiary degree (Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Commerce)

- University degree (MBA or CA or equivalent with Finance as Minor or Major)

- Cross-functional collaboration

- Critical thinking about the business and breadth of perspective Understanding of sales, supply and finance processes for business reporting

- 10 plus years of experience as mix of Business Steering / Finance Management / Sales Operations Management

- Exceptional Skills in Excel and Power point

- Customer focus, Business insights, Collaboration, Drive results, Strategic mindset
