GIT - Application Support (Order to Cash Process)
Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :
We are looking for an Order to Invoice Functional Expert to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex issues and providing support for a wide range of production challenges within the Sales & Distribution and Transportation modules. This role requires in-depth knowledge of EDI message types and IDOCs. The individual must excel in root cause analysis and be committed to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
Possess extensive knowledge of the End-to-End Sales & Distribution Process, including Transportation Management, gATP, Multiple plant Replenishment Scenarios
Strong business processes understanding & it's correlation is mandatory
Deliver day to day application support including response to emergencies (24x7), sometimes working in shifts
Experience in configuring the entire Sales Order to Invoice process, including GATP, e-Invoicing, TM integration, and Material Substitution
Additional working knowledge of setting up pricing & rebates, output related to EDI, Print, mail process etc, condition records and should have the knowledge on how to design layouts
Regularly track progress and closure of issues while ensuring SLA compliance
Manage on-call responsibilities and monthly system maintenance
Analyze repetitive issues and implement ways to reduce support tickets
Required Qualifications :
Engineering graduate, BSc or equivalent experience. Computer Science, BSc IT, MBA
Minimum 5 Years of Experience with SAP SD S4 Hana or ECC 6.0, SAP TM (Transportation Management)
Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP and debugging is preferred
Preferred Qualifications :
Hold Certifications in SD or TM Module
Possess strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of performance in IT Role developing, configuring and implementing
Strong leadership skills & Analytical skills
SAP & other system : Deep knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level
