Job Summary

The Business Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. With a focus on Solution Insight Solution Manager and Solution Design & Architecture the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes and technology.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. Oversee the integration of Solution Insight Solution Manager and Solution Design & Architecture to ensure seamless functionality. Provide expert guidance on best practices for solution architecture and design to optimize business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs through innovative solutions. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs and architecture for future reference. Ensure that all solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry standards. Conduct regular assessments of existing solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of solution architecture principles. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in solution architecture and design. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications

Experience should be of 8-15 Years Possess extensive experience in Solution Insight Solution Manager and Solution Design & Architecture. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and how they can be enhanced through technology. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Show a proven track record of successfully implementing complex business solutions. Have a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Architect TOGAF Certification
