We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote and sell our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing sales opportunities.
Maintain proper records of calls and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any degree is acceptable.
1-2 years of experience in sales or telecalling preferred.
Fluency in
Tamil, English, and Hindi
is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
