Tritvam Care Services, are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Sales Managers
to promote and sell medical equipment across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to hospitals, clinics, scanning centers, and medical equipment dealers, with established relationships in the healthcare ecosystem. The role involves extensive travel, daily reporting, and close coordination with hospital stakeholders and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical equipment such as
medical monitors, endoscopy machines, recorders, printers, imaging systems, and related medical-grade products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
hospitals, clinics, scanning centers, and diagnostic labs
across Tamil Nadu
Build and sustain professional rapport with
Biomedical Engineers, Hospital Administrators, Purchase Managers, and Doctors
Manage and expand dealer and distributor network dealing in medical-grade equipment
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into orders
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and coordinate trials/demo units at hospitals
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, negotiations, order closure, and payment collections
Submit
daily sales reports
, visit reports, and market feedback to superiors
Track competitor activity and market trends within the medical equipment segment
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales coordination with service teams
Candidate Requirements
Male candidate
with prior experience in medical equipment sales
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in selling medical devices/equipment
Strong understanding of
hospital workflows, procurement processes, and medical-grade products
Proven network and contacts with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical distributors in Tamil Nadu
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to
travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in
Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Experience handling capital equipment and hospital tenders
Knowledge of product demos, installations, and coordination with biomedical teams
