JFinserv Consultant is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Sales Managers (BSM) to drive sales growth, manage channel partners, and expand our customer base across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and experience in financial services or lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through DSAs, channel partners, and direct sourcing
Acquire new customers for financial products (Loans, Insurance, or related services)
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, connectors, and referral partners
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Maintain MIS reports and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market and sourcing channels
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Ability to travel locally for business development
Preferred Experience
Experience in Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, or Mortgage products
Existing network of DSAs, brokers, or financial consultants
