Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Sales Manager (BSM) to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and support sales development activities. This role is ideal for freshers or MBA graduates specializing in Finance / Marketing / Operations who possess strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities. A dynamic mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and market research Promote financial products and support sales strategy execution Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth coordination across teams Maintain CRM data, reports, and daily activity logs Track market trends and competitor activities to support business decisions

Requirements

Compensation

Salary: Up to ?30,000 per month Attractive incentives based on performance
