Sales Target Achievement




Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory. Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and dealers.

- Plan and execute sales strategies.

Approve customer-specific sales plans within defined limits.





Customer Base Expansion




Identify and onboard new customers and dealers. Conduct potential mapping and develop extraction plans.

Recommend and finalize dealer appointments based on market analysis.





Market Intelligence




Provide regular updates on competitor activities and market trends.

Share insights with internal teams for strategic planning.



Suggest changes to sales approach based on competitor analysis.





Key Account Management




Work closely with identified key accounts to build brand preference.

Maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients.



Customize engagement plans for key accounts. Escalate strategic account issues to leadership.





Promotional Activities




- Conduct in-house seminars, product presentations, and promotional events at regular intervals.



Approve event formats and coordinate with marketing for execution.





Network Expansion




Expand dealer network based on territory potential.

Ensure proper coverage and service levels across the region.
