Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell dental consumables, equipment, and materials to clinics, hospitals, and dental institutions. Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, distributors, and key decision-makers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations and participate in dental exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions. Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into active customers. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Prepare daily visit reports, maintain CRM data, and update management regularly.

Requirements:



2-6 years of field sales experience in

dental, medical, or healthcare products

. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
