Job Summary:

Assist in the maintenance, testing and implementation of the Business Resiliency Program. Support internal external Audits related to Business Continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the Business Resiliency Services program across business and functions as per the Accenture BCM policy and methodology Supports the alignment of new clients and/or services to the business resiliency program Liaise with Accenture business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business resiliency plans Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions to maintain all business resiliency documentation and processes required Provides support to required assessments and tests related to business resiliency Supports BC training and awareness sessions to the business projects / functions Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions during the crisis Develop themselves as a subject matter expert to provide support and guidance in development of business resiliency plans Tracks compliance with the agreed business resiliency controls through ongoing reviews Contribute towards the development of tools, processes, methodology and standardization for the business resiliency program so it remains relevant and compliant with industry standards Provides support during the internal and external audits

Professional & Technical Skills:

3+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) Good analytical skills with expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI Good interpersonal and communication skills Candidate with ITES background will be preferred

Additional Information:

Familiarity and Experience with BC/DR planning and Testing Awareness on ISO22301 Standards Strong communication skills Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI Position is for Mumbai Location
