Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.

Customer Engagement:

Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to address their pain points.

Sales Presentations:

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations highlighting key features and benefits to persuade customers to purchase.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and proactive problem-solving.

Closing Deals:

Negotiate pricing and terms, address customer concerns, and effectively close sales to achieve sales targets.

Sales Reporting:

Track sales activity, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer insights.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to inform sales strategies.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to effectively convey product value Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas Strong understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions Ability to adapt to different customer needs and selling situations Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar industry Familiarity with the local market and customer base Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
