Business Relationship Officers
who can represent the company in front of clients, build long-term professional relationships, and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Represent Livebox during
on-site client meetings
Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with business clients
Understand client operations and recommend suitable Livebox service options
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Support clients during onboarding, documentation, and service initiation
Ensure timely communication between clients and Livebox internal teams
Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and continuity
Share market insights and client feedback with management
Who Can Apply
Candidates with experience in
customer handling, relationship management, retail/showroom interaction, or field roles
Individuals comfortable with
face-to-face communication
Hindi-speaking candidates preferred for wider client interaction
Self-driven professionals who can manage their schedules independently
Candidates willing to travel locally for meetings
