Business Relationship Manager
to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure high conversion rates through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the legal services sector.
Train, guide, and support team members to improve productivity and client handling.
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed sales reports.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain high-quality client interactions.
Coordinate with internal departments like operations, marketing, and legal to streamline processes.
Handle client escalations and ensure smooth resolution.
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently work towards improving conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
3-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in service-based industries.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a team-leading or managerial role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of CRM tools and performance metrics.
Target-driven, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
