Business Relationship Management Establish and oversee communication between IT Dept. and its internal and external partners (business units, service providers). Listen to the Internal customers and act as Internal consultant - think If process optimization needs to be performed before IT solution gets Implemented, and If yes, trigger the change. Co-create IT strategies for Legal corporate function that are in line with the overall corporate Functions\' IT strategy and are aligned with the business strategy of the Legal function. Act as Business Partner of the Legal Function representing IT Translate needs of Legal functions to IT build and run Create roadmaps for implementing Project solutions Ensure the software implementation is following the governance of IT and the system architecture standards. Ensure the business units understand the technology solution, overall solution delivery. Prepare cost-benefit analyses for projects and assist business stakeholders in prioritizing projects. Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. Develop recommendations for joint or coordinated application project delivery across business units in consultation with other business units or supporting functions. Research, review, analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes, and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes; and Participate in the IT annual budgeting and planning process for the assigned legal functions or other assigned areas, and tracks IT spend. Corporate Application Architecture, Integration and Development Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems to meet the information and automation needs of the organization. Participate in trials and the piloting of new tools; provide appropriate support and expertise in testing procedures and the development of appropriate testing standards, testing and distribution, implementation, and reporting; tracking and project planning support. Provide support and solutions for the integration of individual systems. Design and maintain a framework which guides all information systems integration and development, and a methodology which provides effective and responsible information management practices; Management and Strategic Planning Manage allocation of resources in accordance with their expertise. Contribute to the content and details of agreements, and how the resulting resources are to be allocated to deliver more effective services to the respective clients. As required, manage project teams and working groups; identify requirements, chair meetings, set objectives and goals and timetables; monitor and evaluate the quality, accuracy, and outcome of work. Participate in the development of operating and capital budgets; conduct strategic, risk and/or contingency planning analyses and prepare budget forecasts for ongoing support and renewal and for major projects; identify and choose the most cost-effective solutions that will meet overall service objectives. Research, designs, plans, and initiates new or enhanced IT services; identifies/solicits and evaluates business requirements, or responds to internal client requests; and manages the information architectural design Innovation, Technological Trends Liaise and engage with other IT teams (within and outside government) to research specific topics of interest to IM services and support. Maintain an awareness of current and proposed technology issues and concerns within the Centre and the IT industry and recommend potential solutions to meet expectations and forecasted requirements. Look for opportunities to leverage technology to achieve business unit objectives. Communications \' Participate In internal and external meetings, working groups, committees, discussions, and as required. Maintain regular communications with local and global IT staff to discuss issues, policies, and practices. Plans, creates, and conducts presentations to staff and partners on technological trends and developments. Moderates meetings, presentations and workshops connected with the role focus or as agreed with BRM leader Qualifications / requirements Industry/domain BRM-IT experience (ERP or Legal software and administration process knowledge) Minimum 5+ years in a BRM or similar customer service role. 3+ years in experience in relationship building at all levels senior stakeholders. Ability to independently create proposals, and presentations and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Experience in communicating across many cross-functional areas, including external partners and customers. Education and certification requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology fields or Business Administration (with proven experience In IT Industry), or equivalent practical experience Experience in Project Management Job specific technical Skills Business Process Management Project Management Knowledge of ERP\'s and /or Legal function various software applications
