The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing franchise partners and onboarding new franchise clients. The role involves field visits, client meetings, and relationship building to drive franchise expansion and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with clients and prospective franchise partners
Conduct a minimum of 2+ client meetings per day
Identify and onboard new franchise opportunities in assigned territories
Present franchise business models, commercial terms, and value propositions
Support franchise partners with onboarding, operational coordination, and ongoing engagement
Act as a single point of contact for franchise-related communication
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support
Track daily client visits, follow-ups, and outcomes through CRM or reporting tools
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition and revenue targets
Resolve partner concerns and ensure long-term retention
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong relationship management and business development skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to work with targets and daily activity benchmarks
Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or retail models will be an added advantage
