Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students on academic programs, course structures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs to match their goals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and enrollments in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Participate in promotional activities such as webinars, workshops, and education fairs when required.
Provide excellent post-enrollment support to ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Management background preferred).
0-1 years of experience in counseling, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
