Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Business Proposals & Admin Support Engineer
to assist in preparing project proposals, handling client portal registrations, managing CRM updates, and supporting business coordination and documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and submit project fee proposals and technical documents.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for input and proposal finalization.
Handle client/vendor portal registrations, prequalification submissions, and document uploads.
Track proposal submissions and follow up with clients professionally via email and CRM updates.
Maintain and update the
CRM system
with lead status, contact information, and follow-up actions.
Assist in maintaining proposal trackers, contact databases, and project documentation.
Support administrative functions, such as client communication, report preparation, and coordination with management.
Requirements:
B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Fire & Safety, or related engineering discipline.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in proposal preparation, business coordination, or administrative support.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
; experience in CRM tools is an advantage.
