About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead business promotion, marketing strategies, and overall business growth initiatives at Aldura Industries Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, managing marketing operations, ensuring quality of services, and contributing to organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business promotion strategies to enhance visibility and market reach. Ensure quality service delivery and resolve service-related issues promptly. Structure, guide, and support the marketing team to achieve business growth targets. Plan, implement, and monitor strategies for overall business development. Oversee MIS coordination to provide timely insights and support for the marketing team. Manage and monitor hiring activities in alignment with organizational growth needs. Repair, maintain, and supervise the distribution of promotional items to dealers and customers. Implement marketing quality improvement and restructuring measures for better efficiency. Track, review, and report on the execution of business strategies, ensuring continuous growth. Collaborate across departments to foster business expansion and client satisfaction.

Strong understanding of business strategy, marketing, and promotions. Excellent skills in team management, planning, and execution. Ability to analyze and resolve service-related issues effectively. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in business promotion, marketing, or strategy roles (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred). Proven track record in business growth, planning, and execution.
