Act as the Leader's strategic extension, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and outcomes. Own the integration layer across strategy, operations, people, finance, and partner engagement. Anticipate risks, trade-offs, and interdependencies, proactively surface recommendations and options. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles. Experience pivoting between big picture thinking and operational tactics - Experience in managing offices / chief of staff roles / business manager in a high-pace / high-stakes environment. - Strong proficiency in verbal / written skills in crafting communications, memo's, compiling business insights.
