PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• Work on leading customer facing project implementations in Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Solution Delivery center for Agribusiness Customers.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum educational requirement - Graduation from a reputed institute
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
• Potential candidate should have one of the following experiences

1.Experience as a Business end user role in a reputed customer belonging to Agribusiness Industry with Good understanding on the end to end Agribusiness processes and IT systems capabilities supporting those processes
2.Candidates with an Implementation experience of SAP solutions supporting the Agribusiness and expertise in one of the SAP Agribusiness solution components such as Agricultural contractual management or Agribusiness Trading*
3.Candidates with good experience in Agribusiness domain gained by leading logistics related functions in any reputed Customer company dealing in Agri commodities business
*SAP Certification in one of the SAP Logistics modules like SD, MM or PP is added advantage
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• In this role you will be focused on SAP's Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) solution offering, facilitating the implementation and support to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• You will partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables for same.
• You will implement, customize and test solutions on SAP ACM client systems and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed; as well as assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP and other IT investments.
• Our vision is to drive business value and ultimately successful outcomes by helping our customers understand how best to leverage, implement and sustain SAP ACM solutions for the Agribusiness industries.
• You will use your extensive functional experience to ensure successful facilitation, implementation and support of SAP's ACM solution.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills are essential
• Should have got exposure in one of the SAP Logistic modules and its integration.
• Understanding of SAP S4 HANA capabilities and solution scope is preferred.
• Should be good with documentation and general Office tools
• Should be willing to travel 30-75% of the time.
• Participate in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services

• Ramp-up of internal colleagues

Experience and Other Requirements

• Domain expertise: Should have good understanding of Agribusiness domain. Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes. Should be able to relate to SAP's solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
• Solution expertise: Should have worked in minimum 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Soft skills: Clear and articulate communication. Strong presentation skills. Business development and project management skills are mandatory. People management experience will be preferred.
