The Premium Hub CoE within SAP Adoption Service Center provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention and Enterprise Support customers. As every customer is unique, we provide an individual high quality support to them based on a value delivery approach EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Maintain high degree of knowledge / understanding of a variety of SAP Technologies and applications - Follow Manager\'s guidance and perform required actions in the areas of self-development and utilization - Perform tasks as required by the Project Manager on the assigned projects - Formulate and track work plans and delivery milestones in line with client expectations. Continually report progress as required - Act as a trusted advisor to the customer - Ready to travel for assignments Primarily in India hub and on rotations across EMEA, US, LA zone (short term and long term) (up to 100% of working time) - Willingness and availability to learn new solutions and technologies WORK EXPERIENCE Experience Domain: - At least 5 years of experience (with at least 5 years of total IT experience) in Data warehouse (DW) solutions - SAP BW relevant experience with at least 2 full cycle implementations End -End experience in gathering business requirement, functional analysis, High level design, built, testing and production deployment Hands-on experience in SAP BW4HANA - focusing on Extraction, Transformation, Loading and administration of data. Strong ABAP skills in developing Custom Extractors, creating expert Routines, BADis, AMDPs and HAPs with deep ABAP Debugging and troubleshooting skills. Must have functional knowledge on SAP modules like Finance, Logistics, HR, etc Should have knowledge on BW / ABAP tracing tools in order to perform performance tuning of Bex Queries, Extractors, Transformations, AMDP scripts. Ability to design and build complex Bex queries to facilitate various business requirements Deep understanding of analysis authorizations and its principles. Experience in data integrations scenarios with SAP S/4, SDA/SDI etc Experience in all application related tasks such monitoring, system stability, Transports, Production support etc. Experience with Data tiering EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Graduate or Master Degree in Computer or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Computer science / Information Technology systems/ Computer applications / IT Business Systems or equivalent. - SAP curriculum for BW consultants or equivalent - Certification in SAP BW is preferred (if not, should be able to complete the certification within 6 months if hired) Other Skills - Continually develop SAP solution core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience - Experience in communication with customers and managing expectations - Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated - Good team player - Knowledge of enterprise-level applications and understanding of Global Delivery model #CSPostings2023 We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
