• Supporting SAP's Discrete Industries customers with S/4 HANA implementation in the areas of S/4 HANA Sales (SD) & Service Management
• Help customers to adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes and implementation of optimized processes
• Evaluate, map and make proposals to align business processes & IT architecture to fit the customer's strategy
• Review of detailed level business processes and of the corresponding mapping into the IT architecture
• Collaboration with development / supporting projects for new SAP developments for the logistics Manufacturing industries projects when required.
• To provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
• Project Bid support - creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners.
• Close cooperation with the global Manufacturing Industries Hub teams regarding knowledge-sharing and business development for specific expert topics.
• Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI - when enhancing industry solutions and services
• Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients of in the Manufacturing sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
• Responsible for own capacity utilization / KPIs

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESxc2xb7 Bachelor's Degree - Master's degree preferred but not required.xc2xb7 Deep SAP Product Expertise S/4 HANA Logistics (Sales & Distribution, Materials Management)xc2xb7 Implementation experience in Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Service Managementxc2xb7 Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling & Manufacturing.xc2xb7 Understanding of recent areas like Entitlement Management, Advance Available to Promise, Advance Variant Configuration & Variant Configurationxc2xb7 Experience in working with SAP FIORI applications.xc2xb7 Deep implementation Experience in any one or more of manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense)xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skillsxc2xb7 Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.xc2xb7 Experience in SAP Activate methodologyxc2xb7 Experience in S/4 HANA Conversion Project along with Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) is preferred.xc2xb7 Experience in Solution Manager is preferred.xc2xb7 SAP certification in SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution is preferred.xc2xb7 SAP certification in SAP S/4 Materials Management is preferred.WORK EXPERIENCExc2xb7 Minimum 14 years consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing specifically in any one of the Discrete Industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech, Automotive and Aerospace & Defence)xc2xb7 Minimum of 4 to 5 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role.xc2xb7 Minimum 2 End to End S/4 HANA SD &Service Implementation project experience in customer facing role.xc2xb7 Proven ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders within an organization.xc2xb7 Has been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to othersxc2xb7 Nice to have functional (domain) experience in logistics function in manufacturing industry.WHAT WE OFFERContract type: Full-time permanent.Job location: Bangalore/Gurugramxe2x80x8bBring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
