The opportunity:
The Quality Specialist will support the Global Sales organization by ensuring consistent application of quality assurance practices and continuous improvement methodologies. This role bridges operational excellence and customer satisfaction by embedding quality into sales processes, tools, and deliverables. Be the Single Point of contact for Marketing & Sales Global Organization, Process Flow and Value stream mapping.
How you'll make an impact:
You will audit Sales Processes to ensure adherence to global quality standards and policies.
You will monitor CRM Data Quality to validate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of sales records, conduct Root Cause Analysis on sales process failures.
You will support Internal Quality Reviews and prepare documentation for audits, ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, GDPR) in sales documentation and communications.
You will track Corrective and Preventive Actions and follow up on implementation, track cost of non-quality Year over Year and propose actions to reduce costs and increase process efficiency.
You will create and maintain efficient and clear Process Maps for the M&S global Function. You will collaborate with other functions processes, in line with global business rules.
You will apply Lean Six Sigma Tools (e.g., DMAIC, SIPOC) to optimize sales workflows.
You will facilitate Process Mapping Workshops to identify inefficiencies and standardize practices. You will lead Quality Improvement Projects across regions or product lines, develop and maintain Quality Dashboards for visibility into performance trends.
You will gather and analyse feedback from Voice of Customer (VoC) Programs. You will c reate and draw Adonis processes for all teams.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical /Mechanical) .
Experience in Quality roles and exposure to large sales organisation, and SFDC.
Proficient in understanding Quality processes and concepts, p roficient in MS-Office, Power BI or any other Business Intelligence tool.
Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts.
Self-motivated, willingness to take up and lead new challenges.
Ability to work out of offshore/remote locations, agile response to the changing Business requirements, s trong problem-solving techniques and tools using L6S approach.
Stakeholder Management through continuous interaction with Business Leaders and Partners across the globe.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
