We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Counselor to join our team at the Vashi (Navi Mumbai) branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to convert inquiries into center visits or admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
oMake outbound calls to potential students and explain the company's courses and offerings.
oCounsel students on call regarding suitable career programs based on their interests and goals.
oFollow up with leads and encourage students to visit the center for further discussions.
oMaintain records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
oAchieve daily/weekly targets related to calls, visits, and admissions.
Requirements:
oExperience: 1-3 years in tele-counseling, telesales, or a similar role.
oStrong communication and convincing skills.
oAbility to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
oBasic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools preferred.
oPassion for the education/training industry.
