Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join the Product Operations team focusing on SKU management and Quote to Order business processes. You will apply an open communication and collaborative style and lead by example, both customer-centric and service-minded, able to interact with end-users, executives, analysts, and technical colleagues - creating consensus and clear strategy where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in system and process improvement supporting Sales, Sales Operations, Renewal Operations, or Deal Desk organizations with a focus on Quoting and quoting process
• Experience doing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support and drive business decisions
• Experience in business application software and SaaS
• Proven cross-team collaboration and facilitation/change management skills
• Ability to build and sustain excellent relationships at multiple levels internally and with partners
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ is required, must be comfortable with practical, hands-on approach, ability to lead by example
• The successful candidate must be able to deliver results in the organization, she/he will be well-versed in performance management and be a strong business partner to other senior leaders
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience required
• Master data management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• This role's primary responsibility is to support the continued growth of Rubrik's CPQ process and operations team, as well as lead new business initiatives focused on NPI, Go-to-Market, sales productivity, and user experience; This individual will be accountable for all quoting deliverables as part of the Quote to Cash process
• Success in the role requires a team player approach, the ability to work across organizations with disparate needs, creativity, and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to solve business problems
• Create and monitor KPIs and OKRs relevant for CPQ support, prepare analysis to drive decision making and provide transparency and insight into the health of the organization and actions required to improve
• Drive and support transformation & change activities - from large-scale programs to "KTLO"s bugs (keeping the light on)
• Support Business Scalability - Through initiatives such as simplification and standardization of processes, and sharing of best practices across organizations
• Prepare Key Presentations - Develop storyline
• Lead business process reviews for requirement gathering & documentation; Translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging best practices and CPQ tool knowledge to deliver the best user experience
• Build effective proofs-of-concept for new solutions and technologies around CPQ that are easy to understand and consumable by nontechnical teams
• Create, maintain and deliver training and documentation for all new implementations, ensure CPQ system is well adapted by users as new processes are rolled out
• Be a constant advocate for user experience, strong communicator who is user-focused and can work across the organization and company to continue improving the way CPQ serves our sales and operation users
