We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Bus Admin and Operational Mgmt


Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and enhance the Consultancy Approval Process (CAP) SharePoint site, ensuring documentation, templates, workflows, and records are accurate and current. Review and validate CAP submissions for compliance with organisational policies, procurement standards, and financial governance. Ensure consultancy engagements meet value, risk, and compliance criteria prior to approval. Monitor process performance and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and consistency. Engage with senior stakeholders to guide them through CAP requirements and ensure high-quality submissions. Provide expert advice on consultancy procurement, compliance, and best practice. Serve as a liaison between category managers, finance, legal, and other business functions to facilitate effective decision-making. Collaborate with category managers to ensure comprehensive and accurate information on consultancy categories, including demand, spend, supplier intelligence, and risks. Support category planning by consolidating data, identifying trends, and highlighting opportunities for cost optimisation or strategic sourcing. Analyse CAP data to identify spend patterns, compliance issues, process bottlenecks, and governance opportunities. Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and support audit readiness. Develop and deliver clear, high-quality presentations for the CAP Forum, senior leadership, and procurement governance committees. Communicate process updates, policy changes, and insights to stakeholders in an engaging and accessible manner. Support the development and implementation of procurement policies, tools, and standards. Participate in cross-functional projects, audits, and reviews as required. Provide coaching and guidance on governance processes and best practice in consultancy procurement. Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues effectively. Maintain strong organisational awareness to ensure consultancy approvals support business priorities and financial objectives. Contribute to strategic planning, performance management, and continuous improvement within procurement.


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience. Exceptional Excel skills, automation and data analysis capabilities. Strong ability to build and maintain dashboards and visual reports. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with the ability to deliver independently. Strong written and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision. Ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritise effectively and work collaboratively across teams. Strong stakeholders Management and Presentation skills.
