We are hiring Business Process Engineers for designing, analyzing, and improving various business processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Location:



Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:



1/2 pm to 10/11 pm Monday to Friday Work from office only

Responsibilities:



This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Process Engineer at AORBIS Inc. The Business Process Engineer will be responsible for conducting business process improvement and re-engineering activities, utilizing analytical skills to optimize business processes and implement business process management strategies.

Document the current processes. This includes creating flowcharts, process maps, SOPs and other visual aids to help illustrate the processes Understand the current processes in place. Identify areas that require improvement or optimization by means of Kaizen, Value Streams mapping, Time & Motion study Work with stakeholders across the organization to implement the recommended process improvements, ensuring that they are well-communicated and understood Identify process deviations by conducting Process Audit, Gap Analysis and improve nonconformities by doing RCCA Provide training to employees on the new processes and support them in their implementation as part of Change Management Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the organization remains competitive and efficient

Qualification & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in industrial / mechanical engineering. A master's degree or PG Diploma in Business Process Management (BPM) is a plus. Work experience in Business Process Management : 0 to 2 years Experience in the construction project management industry is a plus Hands on experience or knowledge of Six-sigma methodology, Kaizen, 5S, Value Streams mapping, MOST, OEE, SOP Strong understanding of business processes Business Process Improvement and Business Process Re-engineering skills Analytical and problem-solving Skills (understanding of 5 Why analysis, Fishbone diagram, Pareto rule) Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Familiarity with MS Office and diagram making tools such as Visio, EdrawMax, SmartFlow or equivalent
