Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze, develop, and enhance workflows. Your typical day will involve identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques. - Experience with workflow management tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement. - Familiarity with agile project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
