Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to monitor and provide feedback on process performance. You will work closely with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, facilitating process redesign and serving as a vital liaison to the business community while advising on all aspects of change management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of process documentation and training materials. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and redesign methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
